We inform you that during the COVID-19 contingency period, International Corporate Events information will be updated every Friday on our website www.indeval.com.mx. this data contains two “.xls” reports with preliminary information on:

1) “Dividends distribution”

2) “Corporate events report”

As mentioned before, these reports contain preliminary information on the dividends and corporate events of SIC issuers scheduled for the following week, so that you are aware and can take the corresponding measures in your processes.

In addition, the information (PDF) published by Indeval for each of the events of the issuers is added with its detail notified until this day.

It is important to mention that the information is subject to changes and / or adjustments according to what the Custodian or corresponding foreign securities depository informs us, which will be disclosed in the Dali system in the corporate events section and / or by the means that the Stock Exchanges have established, as appropriate.
